How to convert paper maps into data driven real time interactive maps ?

GIS use

Any paper copy of maps can be converted into a digital map displaying real-time data with the help of GIS software. Here point shapefile is used to represent placemarks whereas line shapefile is applied for depicting roads, pipelines, etc. and polyline or polygon shapefiles are used for the representation of the area. All the shapefile is connected to the attribute table which in turn converts the map into an interactive data-driven representation of the paper copy of the sitemap. Below is the slideshow :

You may also see my presentation on Terminologies of GIS to know about the definition of shapefile and attribute table.

How to make software without code ?

Programming language like C, C++, Java or scripts like PHP, JavaScript help us to make ineractive applications that can easily accomplish repetitive works or complex goals. But can you build such applications without knowing any programming languages? Each application is based on data .Data is stored in a database.
