How to use seesaw to pump out groundwater ?

Recently I found a Linkedin video where groundwater was extracted by a seesaw in a school. Its a nice idea as both energy and water is scarce and if we can use the momentum generated due to the movement of a seesaw to replace pumps for extraction of groundwater, then a sufficient amount of electricity can be conserved.  The harmonic motion of the seesaw can be converted into a linear motion of a tube-well to collect ground water. It is totally a zero energy concept which can be implemented where required. As seesaw is inexpensive the entire system will be cost effective.

How to calculate auto and cross correlation coefficients of time series data set?

Auto and Cross Correlation Coefficient are the two terms which are used to indicate the serial and cross correlationship within a single and between two time series.Higher the auto or cross correlation higher will be the level of relationship. This presentation will help to understand the concept and procedures of calculation of Auto and Cross Correlation Coefficient. Download or Watch the Presentation from here : Auto and Cross Correlation Please remember to post some feedback so that I can improve or enrich the presentation if required. How to use supplied water to save energy in domestic households ?

A new method of distribution for the supplied water is proposed for a domestic house holds where water is distributed in such a manner that energy used to run the pump can be reduced drastically. Although this method is still a idea the success of the system is yet to be established. How to use GMDH in optimization problems

Group Method of Data Handling(GMDH) is an algorithm that aids in the development and training of polynomial neural network (PNN)-based predictive models. PNN models have the advantage of being able to self-select the number of inputs and topology required to optimally and reliably learn the presented problem. In optimization problems, the Group Method of Data Handling, or GMDH, can be used as an optimization technique. Because the method is fast, non-parametric, and cognitive, the identification of the optimal point will be faster, and the result will be more reliable than that of non-linear or simple neural network models. A tutorial is created to describe how to use GMDH in optimization problems with the help of the GMDH Shell software. Find the full tutorial given below: Happy optimizing.

How to read a book/research paper/newspaper quickly ?

If the book is a fiction nothing can be done to read it quickly. You have to read it from the very beginning to the end so that you can fully enjoy the drama and thrills involved. A non-fiction book can be read quickly. The backside, "About the Author", Preface and Content will give you an idea about its usability. If it is really useful then try to find the chapters which may give you the answers you are searching for. Once you get these chapters start reading from the last para to the first para. That means first read the last para which will generate some quesries in the mind and to find the answers you will automatically read the next para and so on upto the first one when all your query may get answered. The backside reading can reduce your time of reading a book to nearly half due to the inquisitiveness imbibed in you by the last para and to know the answers you try to search the previous para and then some more queries will be generated and in searching this increasing...
